Secretome data from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger cultivated in submerged and sequential fermentation methods

چکیده
The cultivation procedure and the fungal strain applied for enzyme production may influence levels and profile of the proteins produced. The proteomic analysis data presented here provide critical information to compare proteins secreted by Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger when cultivated through submerged and sequential fermentation processes, using steam-explosion sugarcane bagasse as inducer for enzyme production. The proteins were organized according to the families described in CAZy database as cellulases, hemicellulases, proteases/peptidases, cell-wall-protein, lipases, others (catalase, esterase, etc.), glycoside hydrolases families, predicted and hypothetical proteins. Further detailed analysis of this data is provided in "Secretome analysis of Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger cultivated by submerged and sequential fermentation process: enzyme production for sugarcane bagasse hydrolysis" C. Florencio, F.M. Cunha, A.C Badino, C.S. Farinas, E. Ximenes, M.R. Ladisch (2016) [1].

Study of a High-Yield Cellulase System Created by Heavy-Ion Irradiation-Induced Mutagenesis of Aspergillus niger and Mixed Fermentation with Trichoderma reesei
The aim of this study was to evaluate and validate the efficiency of 12C6+ irradiation of Aspergillus niger (A. niger) or mutagenesis via mixed Trichoderma viride (T. viride) culturing as well as a liquid cultivation method for cellulase production via mixed Trichoderma reesei (T. reesei) and A. niger culture fermentation. The first mutagenesis approach was employed to optimize yield from a cel...
متن کاملComparative Secretome Analysis of Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger during Growth on Sugarcane Biomass
BACKGROUND Our dependence on fossil fuel sources and concern about the environment has generated a worldwide interest in establishing new sources of fuel and energy. Thus, the use of ethanol as a fuel is advantageous because it is an inexhaustible energy source and has minimal environmental impact. Currently, Brazil is the world's second largest producer of ethanol, which is produced from sugar...
متن کاملImprovement of tannase production under submerged fermentation by Aspergillus niger FBT1 isolated from a mangrove forest
Aspergillus niger FBT1, a local extracellular strain for tannase production, was isolated from soil collected from Matang Mangrove Forest Reserve in Perak, Malaysia. This fungus strain was cultivated in an Erlenmeyer flask under a submerged fermentation system. Medium compositions play a very important role in enhancing enzyme production during fermentation. The production of tannase by A. nige...
متن کاملEffects of Fungal Co-Culture for the Biosynthesis of Tannase and Gallic Acid from Grape Wastes under Solid State Fermentation
Modified solid-state fermentation (MSSF) of tannin-rich substrates for production of tannase and gallic acid was carried out using fungal co-cultures. Tannin acyl hydrolase or tannase is an enzyme produced extracellularly in solid state fermentation by various fungi. The solid-state fermentation offers a number of advantages over submerged and liquid conventional fermentation for the enzyme pro...
